The founder of the Kenian permaculture project OTEPIC yesterday
visited two projects at Siegsdorf in South-East Bavaria / Germany. He was invited by the project Zukunfts-Orte.com.
The first project was a beautiful and since 6 years good developed permaculture garden
at a community living house in the village Siegsdorf. Philip had an inspired talk with the owner and gardener. The garden is runned together with a group of supporters from the village.
In the evening Philip gave a presentation of his project at another place. This is a hut at a
nicely hidden place in the mountains nearby. Meeting place of people who want to build a
new culture in hard times in our country.
There were only few guests although we made quite some advertisement for this event.
But people were listening curiously to Philip and were impressed by his presentation and
the beautiful pictures of the ongoing development at Kitale.
After the presentation we had an inspired talk and many questions to Philip and all
together it was a good day. We as well created ideas for new events in the next year and
there is some interest in ongoing information about OTEPIC.
And we say thank you to the people who provided the places, the technics and some good
food from the garden to us.
Philip and Cornelia
