A water supply in Mitume doesn’t exist. Drinking water is fetched at a central place with water cans. There it is almost impossible to keep the distance rules – the risk of infection with COVID-19 is given.
OTEPIC has therefore set itself the goal of building more drinking water wells in Mitume. These will also facilitate access to clean drinking water in the future.
